The pandemic has shaken economies; almost every market and sector has been touched and impacted in one way or another. Businesses are solving multiple problems at a time and adopting the “survive today” strategy. Some of them are already planning after-crisis steps, and a few use this opportunity to aim for sustainable solutions that will create a better future. Summary of the results

6 meetings with partners and experts were organized to evaluate and select the most important topics, examples of good practice and speakers for the conference.

Bilateral conference "reFOCUS" for business executives took place on 9 September 2021. Conference record available at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uYK1YHOkNbk&t=7839s. A major communication campaign was launched before the conference. Over 300 participants attended the conference live and over 700 participants watched it online. A survey to assess the importance and benefits of the conference content for the participants was conducted in October 2021. The results of the survey showed that the content of the "reFOCUS" conference was relevant to the Lithuanian business leaders (58 respondents) (overall average of evaluations - 9.03) and that they believe they will use the acquired knowledge in the long term (75.9%) than in the short term (36.2%).

8 press releases and 20 posts on ISM social networks (Facebook, Linkedin) were initiated, presenting innovative business organization models / trends and current issues in business topics based on Norwegian good examples of business culture, presenting the insights of Norwegian and Lithuanian experts, thus promoting the use of insights and good practices in their organizations. Each post has reached over 3,000 unique impressions to users.

Such a conference is planned to become an annual event.
