The bilateral action "Vulnerable asylum seekers -in a broad sense/ approach to identify relevant areas for cooperation and support" aims to strengthen the bilateral relations between Norway as a donor country and Greece and in particular to strengthen strategic cooperation, networking, knowledge exchange, and building on existing cooperation in the field of European Economic Area Financial Mechanism (EEA Financial Mechanism) between services of the Ministry of Migration and Asylum (Appeals Authority, Greek Asylum Service, General Secretariat for Reception of Asylum Seekers (NGO’s and Members
