Description

The activity includes mutual study visits and organization of workshops with a view to exchange best practices, provide a framework for cooperation between all stakeholders involved (prosecution authorities, state organisastions, NGOs) and emphasize in related topics such as guidelines and manuals, victims support etc. Topics may include, inter alia, policing online hate crimes, legal definitions and prosecution challenges, the limitations of freedom of speech, mainstreaming hate crime awareness in the police force, combating hate crimes against Roma, LGBTQ, religious and ethnic minorities.
