Description

The difficulties that young people and women experience in accessing the labour market in Greece deprive the country’s economy of the labour potential of some of the most dynamic segments of Greek society. Mobilization and investment in Greece’s human capital is of paramount importance for Greece’s economic future. The objectives of the first stage of the ‘Youth Employment and Gender Equality’ project are: To document and analyse the conditions of the Greek labour market and examine the main barriers that constrain access for young people, placing an emphasis on gender aspects of such barriers
