Description

Cooperation Platform  for knowledge transfer and capacity building of research managers from research councils, ministries and universities. Partners and stakeholders for this project will be research policy makers and administrators, representatives engaged in the Baltic Research Programme. Research managers from universities and research institutions will also be involved as one of the target groups. Partners will seek potential collaboration opportunities and needs to educate themselves, to share best practices and support information exchange on research systems of the participating

Summary of the results

4 seminars and workshops organised (2 of them virtually due to COVID restrictions), 2 training seminars for EEA and Baltic NCPs, 1 conference organised in Estonia + 1 conference co-organised with LV and LT colleagues in Vilnius (final conference of Baltic Research Programme. 27 persons from EE participated, within the framework of this project the expenses of 3 administrative staff from Ministry of Education and Research, EE was covered). 3 study trips (2 to NO, 1 to IS) to exchange experiences and learn best practices in funding research, development and innovation; knowledge transfer between research institutions, enterprises and the public sector as well as opportunities to collaborate. The total number of participants in this project was 249 persons.
