The project aims to understand and leverage the potential of IT systems in supporting holistic, student-centered lifelong learning experiences across multiple institutions, considering both domestic and international perspectives. By analyzing systems like Norway''s FS (felles studentsystem) and comparing it with Estonia''s diverse study management systems, the project seeks to identify best practices, challenges, and opportunities for enhanced inter-university cooperation, optimized resources, and the delivery of improved digital services to various stakeholders.
