Description

This is a summary of 21 bilateral initiatives (travel grants) supported in the 1st Open Call for Bilateral Meetings related to the area of revitalization of movable and immovable cultural heritage. The individual travel grants were based on flat rates,  number of participants and location of the meeting. The grants amounted from EUR 960 to EUR 2,796. 3 grants above EUR 3,000 are registered individually in Grace (all related to Iceland with higher flat rates).

Summary of the results

This is a summary of 21 bilateral initiatives (travel grants) supported in the 1st Open Call for Bilateral Meetings related to the area of revitalization of movable and immovable cultural heritage. The grants amounted from EUR 960 to EUR 2,796. 3 grants above EUR 3,000 are registered individually in Grace (all related to Iceland with higher flat rates).

Bilateral initiatives had a form of max. 2-3 day-long bilateral meetings between  applicants and potential donor state partners either in a donor state or the Czech Republic (max 2 or 4 persons in case of travel to the Czech Republic). The aim of the meetings was to contribute to exchange of experience between involved parties, establishement of partnerships and mutual preparation of applications in the main open call.

One of the iniatives (travel grant of Jince Township meeting Norwegian partner Fjellugla Komeptance AS in amount EUR 1,920) was successful in the main open call and was supported as project KU-CH1-005 (CZ-CULTURE-0033-Iron Smelter Barbora Revitalization in Jince).
