Description

The initiative’s aim is to enable UHK representatives to participate in the Bootcamp organized at OsloMet and subsequently share their experience with Norwegian partners with the aim of transferring this concept to the Czech university environment. Both partners plan to organize one Bootcamp in Oslo and one Bootcamp in Hradec Králové, attend several mutual meetings and prepare a bootcamp methodology. The initiative and its results shall be promoted within the Hradec Economical Days conferences at UHK.

Summary of the results

The project fully achieved its goal and the representatives of UHK have become familiar with the OsloMet Bootcamp concept. They gained a comprehensive idea and view of its implementation and based on this, the UHK team created their own UHK Bootcamp concept including the methodology. By transferring the OsloMet Bootcamp concept, which is a very successful programme supporting the creation of start-ups and spin-offs within the Norwegian university, this area was developed in the Czech university environment. New Methodology of UHK Bootcamp for the Czech University environment was mutually created within this initiative (see the Methodology
attached). This Methodology summarizes the whole process using holistic approach and it is transferable to other academic and educational institutions.
