Summary of the results

The main objective of the programme was to exchange experience and good practice, to gain foreign inspiration and to establish contacts. The study trip of the My Body is Mine team to Norway served as a means to achieve this goal. The stay gave us the opportunity for intensive negotiations and detailed familiarisation with the partner''s activities. We gained a lot of inspiration, practical advice and tips for our further activities and development.

We used the materials and information we received and compiled it into a booklet entitled "How to communicate with children about body image."

The essence of the partnership was the exchange of experience, knowledge, good practice and networking. The study tour programme was communicated with the partner to match the content with the expectations and needs. The study trip was very intensive, packed with meetings during which we had the opportunity to talk to all team members, learn about the partner''s activities and share experiences (the good ones, but also the bad ones, which are often more valuable).
The partnership has fulfilled its purpose, all communication and cooperation has gone well. We are still in contact with the partner and are considering further joint projects.
