Thanks to this exchange of experience between the experts from both sides, the bilateral relations will be strengthened; the cooperation will increase mutual knowledge and understanding, and will inspire and hopefully

Summary of the results

The main achievement of the initiative was great deal of inspiration how the museum can work. There is a quite different approach to the museum in both countries, and each approach has its positives as well as negatives and can be inspiring for each other. Human resources of people involved were developed and through the participants, other employees of the cultural institutions were enriched, lots of inspiration was transmitted, best-practices were shown, recommendations were made.
Everyone who was involved participated very actively, even much more that how it was planed prior the start of the initiative. Official programme evokes some new topics which were immediately covered by the partners. Experts of both partners got involved very actively, stayed in touch after the programme and have been exploring the topics of mutual interest. The cooperation with all the partners of the initiative was running very smoothly. Also, the political representatives of both parts had not only shown their interest in the initiative but also took an active part in the programme. Their support is crucial for development of further collaboration and it is understood as one of the great achievements of the initiative.
