Description
The initiative connected two European film industry regions (namely DOK.incubator and six Norwegian regional film centres), which rarely collaborate. Its aim was to present DOK.incubator to the Norwegian film industry at the Norwegian Documentary Symposium in Norway. In addition, the filmmakers from Norway and the Czech Republic were introduced at the biggest central European film market East Doc Platform in Prague, which is organized by the Institute of Documentary Film in association with One World International Human Rights Documentary Film Festival.

Summary of the results
All activities were successfully implemented, although with minor changes in the schedule - the first activity took place in Bergen instead of in Oslo and the outbreak of COVID-19 in spring 2020 pushed the last part into the virtual space. All the 6 partners were involved. The Vestnorsk Filmsenter AS was the main organizer of the Dokumentarkonventet in Bergen and thanks to this partnership the Promoter received the invitation to introduce his activities there. The other 5 film centres were also in touch over the course of the initiative. 1) COOPERATION WITH NORWEGIAN REGIONAL FILM CENTRES / December 2-4, 2019, Bergen: The project manager Mr Potočný participated in the national industry event for Norwegian documentary professionals called Dokumentarkonventet (The Norwegian Documentary Symposium) in Bergen. The event was attended by producers, directors and others from the documentary film industry. 2) INTRODUCING OF CENTRAL EUROPEAN FILM INDUSTRY / March 7 – 13, 2020, Prague „: The Promoter invited 5 Norwegian film professionals to participate in the East Doc Platform (EDP), the largest co-production, funding and distribution platform tailor-made for Central and East European documentaries.
The collaboration resulted in personal relations and smooth communication. After presentation of dok.inkubator in Bergen, there were 7 Norwegian appications to the annual call of the workshop in 2020 compared to 0 in 2019.
