Summary of the results

The Czech public (academics, students, other interested persons, media, officials of the Czech Republic) attending the events of the initiative learned much about Liechtenstein history and got to know as well important findings of the Czech-Liechtenstein Commission of Historians. Liechtenstein-Czech relations and problems past and present were laid out and discussed. Participants from Liechtenstein and from the Czech Republic learned from each other. A better mutual understandig resulted. And the basis for friendly cooperation on different fields, among institutions and persons on both sides, was broadened.
The six Liechtenstein history lectures, held at the day seminar by Paul Vogt, Rupert Quaderer, Peter Geiger, Christoph Maria Merki and Roland Marxer as well as the evening lecture of Liechtenstein Ambassador Maria-Pia Kothbauer will finally be published in a tome of the „Studia Historica Brunensia“ in Brno in 2020.
