Description

The number of people seeking refuge from the war in Ukraine or relocating to the Czech Republic for various reasons is on the rise. It is important to look for new ways to provide support to these people and create conditions for equal participation in Czech society. The project aims to share experiences and best practices. In collaboration with the Human Rights Academy, we''ll organize a workshop and a study visit to Norway. This exchange will inspire the development of integration and education programs for migrants and refugees.

Summary of the results

We evaluate the cooperation with the partner organisation very positively and the project has fully met our expectations. The study visit to Norway was very beneficial for our organisation, where we had the opportunity to spend time discussing the activities and experiences of both organisations and to visit other actors of the local civil society (e.g. Caritas Oslo. Museum 22 July). We also consider the implementation of a workshop in Prague under the guidance of lecturers from the partner organization to be a great contribution. During the workshops there was networking with representatives of other organisations and familiarisation with the unique toolkit developed by HRA, which is freely available in English.
