Description
The project focuses on the long-term unequal representation of women and men in Czech politics and the related insufficient consideration of women''s experience and needs at all levels of decision-making. It aims to gain new insights on the topics of promoting gender balance in politics and gender mainstreaming in policy-making and apply them to the work of the NGO Forum 50%. The findings from the study visit will be shared with the Czech public, incorporated into workshops for publicly active women and used as a basis for the organisation''s advocacy and watchdog activities.
