Summary of the results

During the implementation of the project, the goal was fulfilled, a conference was organized for the 30th anniversary of ASNEP, z.s. on "ASNEP yesterday, today and tomorrow". As part of the program, the president of ASNEP Mgr. Lucie Sedláčková, Půlpanová and presented the activities of ASNEP, followed by presentations by expert committees of ASNEP with an overview of what the committees have achieved and what I am currently working on, what kind of help they will appreciate. The Expert Legislative Commission (LK), the Expert Commission for Closed Captions (EKST), the Expert Commission for Solving Issues of Interpretation for the Deaf (EKOTN), the Expert Commission for Social Work with People with Hearing Impairment (EKSP) presented their activities.

The main point of the conference was the performance of foreign guests, among them the Norwegian guest Irja Marie Molmen from The Deaf Organization in Norway, and the Slovak guest Mgr. et Mgr. Jana Filipová from the organization ANEPS and the British guest David Buxton from the organization British Deaf Assocation (this guest was the only one online). The performances were inspiring for both the organizers and the guests, in some areas our Czech system of support for people with hearing impairments was inspiring for foreign guests, and on the contrary, some foreign solutions were an incentive for the organization to think further and search for innovative solutions.
