Description

The study will propose a timetable and steps required for Cyprus’ present energy system to evolve, from being state-driven and predominantly hydrocarbons-based, to a market-driven system, in tune with EU targets, making the best use of resources available to the island. It will do so through a combination of methods maximizing impact: a tailored evidence-based socio-economic impact analysis; a targeted stakeholder audit; a transfer of expertise from Norway’s market- based model; and an of embedding Cyprus’ publicly stated RRF targets. The final report to be delivered will be bringing together

A powerpoint presentation was also submitted presenting the findings of the study.
