The part of the project was also focused on developing of minimum standards for volunteer teaching program´s implementation. The standards will help with the implementation of the programs after the project .During the project we worked with two target groups. The first group: Roma children ( 6 – 11 years old) and young students from secondary schools and universities as a group of volunteers (19 young people 18- 25 years old). The project had an impact on children (15 children 7 months/ 4 teaching sessions monthly, regularly participated on the project). Children enhanced their results in school, gained habits focused on regular preparation into school, motivation for learning and positive example. The project had an impact also on volunteers (19 volunteers participated on the project). They developed knowledge, skills, gained practice and possibility for personal and professional growth. One volunteer found job in community centre where she was working as a volunteer. The main outcome of the project is an empowerment of vulnerable Roma children in their ability to manage their life and in motivation for education. Both volunteer programs are implemented also after the project finished and they will continue also in the future. Some couples (child and volunteer) are still meeting together and we are planning the recruitment of new volunteers in September 2016. The sustainability of the project is ensured by financial support for the volunteer teaching programs and by creating the standards of volunteer teaching programs implementation
