Description

The project identified three principal goals: - improvement of cooperation between institution and individuals from Norway (BLOK) and Slovenia (School for Horticulture and Visual Arts Celje); - exchange and sharing of experiences, knowledge, technology and activities to acheive common goals; - upgrading of professional learning outcomes. The goals shall be achieved through mobility (staff mobility), joint projects and cooperation. The project shall also be used as an opportunity to transfer good practices and competitive advantages, development and creative potentials into the national environment and to develop new strategies and visions for the cooperation with the sector and region. The School will present the characteristics of the market, competitive advantages of related companies from Norway, their skills, experience, knowledge, technology, products, and invite them to participate in the exchange of knowledge, information and technology, and strengthening of human resources.

Summary of project results

Transfer of knowledge in education system and cooperation and integration with other research institutions and the business. We will use the project as an opportunity to transfer good practice in our environment, which will have an impact on sustainable development. Improving cooperation between the institutions and individuals donor countries and Slovenia. Exchange and sharing the experience, knowledge, technology and operations in the direction of the overall results… Some outcomes where we expand and transfer the knowledge gained at the sectoral, regional and national level, to all participants and visitors: - Landscapes plans and working on arranging internal and external spaces for the elementary School Šentjernej, Grammar School Center Celje, Days of asparagus and Pelargonium on ŠHVU Celje, (Spring 2015), - Students and mentors off VSŠ Celje participation on competitions - international competition in Split (festival cviječa - 3rd place (May 2015), a competition for the best place settings on buckwheat (1st place and participation in EXPO (May 2015) - A week of lifelong learning - we exchange ideas and best practices and we have lectures and workshops. The acquis ion of new skills in the aspect of vocational training, inter-institutional cooperation, care of environment, abilities and skills of employees… Bring the education in own school to a higher level in cooperation with the trade. The teaching program, floristry, gardening and horticulture education (EQF level 4 and 5).

Summary of bilateral results

-The organisation of schools and education in floristic and horticulture in Norway. -The organization of practical training. -Didacting approaches by practical training. -Teacher training and job shadowing. Visit flower shops and nurseries. Flower art work details. All outcomes and out puts were planned in partnerships. All time we improving cooperation between the institutions and individuals. Contribution to the effect on the environment, sector, region, marketing and development opportunities to create a positive business’s environment…
