Description

Saint Stelian Day Center is a necessity for the community given the current social and economic situation: poverty rate 40.4%, with a very high 11.9 poverty depth, severity of poverty 5.2% and the fact that over 70% of the 1593 poor people have a low level of education (up to secondary studies). In this context, the project aims at the overall objective of increasing social inclusion of the Greaca village population by providing basic and social services at the Saint Stelian Day Center for 100 children at risk and 50 adults/parents. The project has a set of four specific objectives to which fourteen activities are attributed. The main result of the project is the creation of Saint Stelian Day Center, thus ensuring increased supply of basic and social services for communities in disadvantaged areas.
