Description

Project description: Turbo-Tec is one of the largest re-manufacturers of diesel engine injection and turbo parts in Europe. The objective of the project supported by GII Programme is to purchase four complete new technology lines for regeneration of auto parts like steering gear-box, air condition compressor, and automatic gear-box and diesel engine components. Regenerated parts will replace original components - it will result in lower price and decrease amount of disposal of used parts. Project objectives: • Introducing four completely new products on the market • Purchasing and implementing four innovative production lines for regeneration car components • Reduction of metal and aluminium waste (recovering of metal and aluminium in regeneration process) Outcome indicators: • Number of environmental technologies successfully applied for use in new areas - 4 • Green jobs created – 8 new green jobs • Reduction in CO2 emissions – 634 tones/ year

Summary of project results

The objective of the project was to purchase and launch four new processing lines for reconditioning of automotive parts: steering gear-box, air condition compressor, automatic gear-box and diesel engine components. Regenerated parts replace original components what results in lower price and decreased amount of disposal of used parts. Implementing of an innovative manufacturing process reduces heat emission, but also leads to lower emission of waste to the environment and decreases amount of disposal of used parts.
