Description

Thermomodernization enterprise will allow to save additional funds resulted from heating and electricity improvement. The need for the implementation of the project is to reduce air pollution, increase building`s energy efficiency and improve the treatment of patients. The general objective of the project is to improve energy efficiency in the building and to increase the amount of energy production from renewable energy sources. In the result of the implementation of the project CO2 emission will be reduced to the level of 309,09 Mg/year. Energy production from renewable sources is expected to achieve the level of 6,61 Mwh/year. The project provides for warming of the whole building, Windows replacement, exterior and garage doors replacement, stairs renovation, boiler room renovation, the installation of solar panels and energy-efficient lighting The benefits of the project: improving the energy state of the building, lowering the cost of heating in the building, reducing air pollution

Summary of project results

Projects implementation has contributed to improving of energy and economic efficiency in the hospital building. Within the project over 1,6 thousand of partition were insulated, 106 windows and 31 of m2 of door frames were replaced. Also central heating installation was modernized, 2 efficient, ecological boilers with a total power in amount 145 kW have been installed. The Beneficiary has also exchange interir lighting (331 lighting points replaced) and inastalled 7 solar collectors. Investment allowed to reduce CO2 emission (292 Mg/year) and inrease energy production from RES (3,78 MWh/year). Additionally, Beneficiary gained relevant experience in investment implementation within EEA grants.
