Description

The aim of the project is that women working in the field gender and equal opportunities, through a competence development workshop, should be able to create new and innovative issues, and communicate their results more consciously. They should get more confidence and in this way destroy stereotypes and disinterest, and help their institution’s social embedding locally and globally. The workshop will be followed by a media campaign. The process will be filmed, and the film will be presented in public (non-profit sector,professional associations, stakeholders) in Budapest and other 4 location. The main target group is the representatives of organizations working on women and groups most affected by discrimination and exclusion, (eg Roma , migrants , homeless people). The method will be elaborated with Nora Lakos (film director), and we work with women's advocacy organizations, former partners. All films and training materials will be available on DocuArt online cinema and other surfaces created during the project.

Summary of project results
