Description

The main purpose of the project is the promotion of social integration and equal opportunity of persons with disabilities. The direct target group to be achieved by the story-book and the sensitization course, is the community of unimpaired children of kindergarten age, and through them the nursery pedagogues and family members - living in their surroundings. The conference is prepared for professionals in order to familiarize other organizations with the elaborated and implemented methods and thanks to the exchange of experiences to use them. With the use of the website, a short film and the help of the press, we would like to give widespread publicity to the notion of equal opportunity and through the differentiated work of the assistance dogs we would like to present the life of persons with mental-, intellectual- or sensory impairments. We cooperate with the Faculty of Special Education of ELTE University, with countryside kindergartens, and with other assistant dog organizations.
