Every day more women suffer wage discrimination by gender. The objective is to identify the causes of discrimination and its effects in each of the companies or sectors, especially in rural women in order to establish measures to overcome this inequality. The goal is to eliminate gender wage discrimination, especially in rural women. Depth analysis to gain a better understanding of the causes is needed. It shall be provided with an innovative approach through the development of a "Good Practice Guide" and "Public Policies for Rural Tourism" addressed to rural women. The project will help overcome gender wage discrimination and empowering the role of women in rural tourism.
