The aim of the project is to work out measures for promoting work-life balance that give additional value to branding, image and increasing competitiveness on the basis of a company (Skype). This project enables to grow the satisfaction and efficiency of employees and supports strive for better gender balance in the IT sector. This set of measures that will be worked out during the project will be available at the website of BPW Estonia (subsite) for public use. This enables also other organizations to follow these suggestions as good practices, increase their capacity and improve their working environment, standards and branding through providing conditions for better work-life balance in the company also after the end of the project.
