All materials will be available on-line free of charge. In addition, Estonian Guide Association will share their experience in archiving with many NGOs, who could become interested in the same topic and start to value and arrange their materials and documents and complete their archives. There are no official partners in projects, but public National Archive and its services will be used.

Summary of project results

Mission of the Estonian Guide Association is to enable youngsters to develop their fullest potential as responsible citizens of the world. Project's aim was to promote archiving NGOs’ documentation and materials. Guide leaders were involved into process, trained and motivated to arrange their materials regularly and hand over to guides’ archive. Based on experience Estonian Guide Association shared information and gave instruction to other NGOs, how to organize documents and create an archive. The principles of the archiving were elaborated with help of the Estonian State Archive, described and shared within the Association and with other NGOs via organized training sessions and organisation's web-site, which gives detailed instructions and advices on NGO archiving. It's very important that the Association's numerous cells store and archive their documentation in the same way. Certainly the project results have positive impact on management capacity of the Association, as well as help to store history of guides' movement in Estonia and make it available for public in the future.
