The main aim of the project is to ensure the organisation’s sustainability through activating NGO‘s members and involving new members. The broader aim of the project is to improve services meant for children and families through organisation’s development activities. Activities of the project are creating Tallinn Child Support Centre’s (TCSC) service-programs, cooperation with local municipality (Tallinn City), involvement of organization`s members in developmental activities, reorganizing and improving TCSC’s webpage. The target group of the project is members of TCSC that are motivated to contribute to the development of the organization.
Summary of project results
Tallinn Child Support Centre has many active and dedicated members, but the means to involve new members and to use structured managing that base on strategic plans are lacking. This threatens the sustainability of the organization. Therefore, the main aim of the project was to ensure organisation’s sustainability through activating the NGO‘s current members and involvement of new members. Broader aim of the project was to improve services meant for children and families through organisation’s development activities. Project’s activities created Tallinn Child Support Centre’s (TCSC) service-programs, cooperation with local municipality (Tallinn City), involvement of organisation’s members to developmental activities, reorganisation and improving of TCSC’s webpage. As the result of the project the members of the organisation have been activated, they have been involved in developmental processes and organisation is more sustainable and strong.
