Description
In 2009 and 2015 we had a guest lecturer, Ing. Martina Ortová, Ph.D, from Technical University of Liberec, Faculty of Economics (TUL EF) in our Department of Industrial Economics and Technology Management, NTNU. She has been in contact with Dr. Annik Magerholm Fet who is Professor and Research Director of the Sustainability area at the university. (See ntnu.edu/sustainability )Dr. Fet is also the manager of my research group and she suggested that we should continue the cooperation with TUL EF in future. Because of this applicant would like to visit TUL EF and give guest lectures about Corporate Sustainablity along with a work-shop about PhD study in Norway in TUL EF. The result of this visit will be a stronger cooperation in the future between NTNU Department of Industrial Economics and Technology Management and TUL EF.
Summary of project results
The main outputs of the projects were increased insights of PhD and master students at TUL along with increased competence of the project participant. The most valuable output was how the master student experienced another culture of classroom lecturing which motivated them to ask questions and to participate in discussions. They also showed interest in corporate sustainability and sustainable development in general.
