Description

The project is focusing on early care and preschool preparation of Roma children from socially excluded environment in localities Most and Duchcov. They come from different social environment, from families in which the development of language and analytical categories is not adequately supported. Therefore the conceptual learning (method Grunnlaget) as an alternative method helps effectively to reduce these obstacles and thereby improve starting life position of these children. Indirect target group are parents. The project is offering them professional support, supply of practical (and above all understandable) information.

Summary of project results

Socially excluded localities in Most and Duchcov increasing and preschool education children get from the site. Children who have undergone pre-school preparation, are writing to first-class success and then fail even in elementary school. The main objective of the project was to improve the educational activities of preschool children aged 4-7 years who are enrolled in our low-threshold facilities in Most recently, in Duchcov. Intensive work with the whole family offered the possibility of reducing social disability and reducing the likelihood of failure in children in the first grade. High-quality early care and preschool preparation are brokered through a comprehensive education system conceptual teaching (method Grunnlaget). Method in our low-threshold facilities for children and young people took very well. For the project was supported by 48 children and 54 parents. The target group was successful both at enrollment in first class and on entering the first grade. Thanks methods Grunnlaget we created a group of children who are taught herself to learn to know things about each other. Method Grunnlaget helped create concepts for the group that helped to unify the language. Target skupia attending preschool club knows colors, shapes, sign, talk in sentences, developed and ready for a successful entry into the first grade. 98% of preschool children succeed at enrollment into the first grade. Parents of friendly approaches Workers dismantled negative attitudes towards teachers and positively have seen the importance of preschool education and continuing education of their children. Workers created a record sheet of acquired knowledge, skills and habits that have been evaluated in children at the entrance to the project and at the end of the project. This record sheet to assess the shift of the child.
