Second, the Responsible Parent Club will be set up where parents of children below 14 will share experience and get counselling. Third, the club members will attend 4 training courses with a psychologist on the challenges facing parents, prevention of violence against children, tolerance and gender equality. Fourth, active citizens will be identified and a public council will be set up to detect problems, inform the mayor and propose solutions.
