Description

The end results of the project are reflected in a number of benefits for the target groups of the project and for ISER BAS in particular. 1. 350 persons of the state/municipal administration trained on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria. 2. Horizontal principles applied: the realization of the project management activities directly contributes to achieving full alignment with the general and horizontal principles of FM of EEA 2009-2014, namely: good management, sustainability and gender equality. This will be achieved by ensuring the application of good management practices, planning and realization of the activities according to the project schedule, good coordination and collaboration between all members of the management team and implementation of the project activities. In addition to the above, according to the non-discrimination and tolerance of difference policy applied by BAS (ISER), the project management team as well as all representatives of the identified interested parties will not be discriminated against on any ground. The activities for visualization and visibility, on the other hand, are completely aligned with and directly contribute for affirming the general and horizontal principles of FM of EEA 2009-2014: transparency, visibility and good management.
