Description
The purpose of the Project is to improve employees professional competences at the Municipal Office in Elblag, with the overall objective to improve the quality of public services in Poland. Reference is made to the application dated 12 April 2007 and to any subsequent correspondence with the Focal Point. The completed Project shall include the following activities and results: - Provision of language and sign language courses; - Provision of IT computer programs and information systems trainings; - Provision of professional training courses; - Project management and publicity. The Project Promoter is the City Comune of Elblag. The Focal Point shall ensure that the Project Promoter provides at least 15 percent of the total estimated eligible Project costs.
