Description
The purpose of the Project is to increase the energy efficiency of the Social Assistance House in Stegna in Nowy Dwór Gdanski Poviat by improving its thermal insulation properties, with the overall objective of protecting the environment through reducing the emission of pollutants into the atmosphere. Reference is made to the application, dated 20 December 2006, and further correspondence with the Focal Point dated 23 April and 28 May 2007. The completed Project shall include the following activities and results: - insulation of external walls and roofs; - replacement of windows; - modernisation of hot water installation with use of solar collectors; and - modernisation of central heating (incl. exchange of old coal fired boiler to a modern wood pellet fired boiler) - modernization of ventilation system. The Project Promoter is the Municipality of Nowy Dwór Gdanski. The Focal Point shall ensure that the Project Promoter provides at least 15 percent of the estimated eligible Project costs.
