Description
The purpose of the Project is the reduction of thermal energy consumption through thermal modernisation of six public buildings in the County of Lubaczów, with the overall objective of protecting the environment through reducing the emissions of pollutants into the atmosphere. Reference is made to the Application, dated 22 December 2006 and to the correspondence with the Focal Point dated 30 March 2007. The completed Project shall include the following activities and results: -Thermal insulation of public buildings : 1-2. Teaching building and gymnasium of School Complex (ZS), Lubaczów, street Kosciuszki number 161, 3. Administrative building of the Complex of Institution of Emergency Care and Education in Lubaczów (ZPOWIR), Lubaczów, street Kosciuszki number 145, 4. Educational centre of the Complex of Institution of Emergency Care and Education in Lubaczów (ZPOWIR), Lubaczów, street Kosciuszki number 145, 5-6. Teaching building and gymnasium of the Secondary School (LO), Lubaczów, street Kosciuszki number 26, -Replacement of windows and doors in the Institution of Emergency Care and Education (ZPOWIR). -Publicity activities. The Project Promoter is the County of Lubaczów. The Focal Point shall ensure that the Project Promoter provides at least 15 percent of the estimated eligible Project costs.
