Description
The purpose of the Project is the development of a methodology and diagnosis of the civilisational competences in Polish regions, with the overall objective of promoting local and regional development. Reference is made to the application, dated 22 June 2006, and correspondence from the Focal Point dated 7 December 2006; and 6 and 18 July 2007. The completed Project shall include the following activities and results: - quantitative and qualitative social research; - workshops, conferences and seminars; - personnel and administrative costs. The Project Promoter is Warsaw University, Faculty of Economics. The Project Promoter will implement the Project in partnership with Ostfold University College, and Jagiellonian University. The Focal Point shall ensure that the Polish Ministry of Education and Science provides at least 15 percent of the estimated eligible Project costs.
