Description

The purpose of the Project is to create tools for collection, processing and dissemination of information on transposition of Community legal acts into the Polish legal system, with the overall objective of improving the transposition procedure of Community legal acts into the Polish legal system and broadening access to information on these procedures. Reference is made to the application, dated 27 February 2006, and additional information provided by the Focal Point dated 23 June 2006. The completed Project shall include the following activities and results: - Establishment of a database for information on transposition of Community legal acts into the Polish legal system; - Commissioning expert reports and analyses on topics related to establishing the database and solving problems identified during the process of the transposition of Community acts into the Polish legal system; - Organisation of trainings and conferences; and - Setting up a website with a simplified version of the database and give information on completion of individual tasks in the Public Information Bulletin of the Office of the Committee for European Integration (OCEI) The Project Promoter is the Office of the Committee for European Integration. The Project Promoter shall provide at least 20 per cent of the estimated eligible project cost.
