Description
The purpose of the Project is to renovate the Visaginas Children House of Creation (VCHC) premises, purchase modern and relevant equipment and train staff in working with children and youth with social problems, with the overall objective of contributing to youth and children's successful integration into society. Reference is made to the application dated 31 July 2007 and all subsequent correspondence with the Focal Point. The Project will include the following activities and results; - Elaboration of the technical aspects of the project prior to the renovation; - renovation of the building; - purchase of relevant equipment; - organisation of youth camps; - staff training and; - project management and publicity. The Project Promoter is the Viseginas Children House of Creation. The Focal Point shall ensure that the Lithuanian Government provides 21 percent of the total estimated eligible Project costs.
