Description

The purpose of the Project is to promote the integration of young Roma into the labour market, with the overall objective of improvement of employment of the Roma and reduction of prejudices against the Roma. Reference is made to the application, dated 22 September 2006, and any subsequent correspondence through the Focal Point. The completed Project shall include the following activities and results: 1) professional training, mentoring, coaching, and language courses, 2) job placements in the municipal institutions and organisations owned by the municipality; 3) recruitment and selection, information and publicity; 4) project management. The Project Promoter is Budapest Public Employment Service, non-profit company. Subject to national law, the Project shall be implemented in partnership with RomaAssist non-profit association, and Studio Metropolitana non-profit company The Focal Point shall ensure that at least 15 percent of the estimated eligible Project cost is provided by the city of Budapest.
