Description
The purpose of the Project is preserving the natural values of the Arboretum of Puspokszentlaszlo and improve tourism attractiveness, with the overall objective of expanding the possibilities of environmentally conscious education. Reference is made to the application dated 8 December 2006 and to any subsequent correspondence with the Focal Point. The complete Project shall include the following activities and results: 1. construction and furnishing of an educational center; 2. renovation of the Arboretum lake and streams; 3. installation of electricity and lighting for open-air mobile presentation spots and paths; 4. renovation of paths (including benches, trash cans); 5. renovation and replanting of forestry and garden; 6. development of educational teaching aids and plant review boards and 7. publicity and management. The Project Promoter is the Gaudium Nostrum Diocese of Pecs Foundation. The Focal Point shall ensure that the Project Promoter shall provide at least 15.5 percent of the estimated eligible Project cost.
