Description
The purpose of the Project is to renovate the Haapsalu town stadium and make it expanded and in active use, with the overall objective of developing new sports facilities to improve the possibilities for social activities for children and youth. Reference is made to the application, dated 13 June 2007 and subsequent correspondence with the Focal Point dated 7 September, and 8 November 2007. The completed Project shall include the following activities and results: - Construction works (i.e. a football field, two tennis courts, a basketball court, a volleyball court, roads and pavements) and construction supervision. - Project management and publicity - Procurement activities The Project Promoter is the Town Governement of Haapsalu. The Project shall be implemented in partnership with LLC City Sportbases of Haapsalu. The Focal Point shall ensure that the Project Promoter provides at least 15 percent of the estimated eligible Project cost.
