Description

During the work of our association, we saw the growing problem of unemployment and drug abuse that had contributed to the growth of violence against women. Thus our goal is developing new services designed specifically for women at risk of violence and experiencing violence and their children in form of creating a new counselling centre in Partizánske, promoting this centre and retraining of centre´s staff. We hope these measures will benefit groups of women at risk of violence, victims of partner violence, children of victims of partner violence, people at risk of poverty and the wider professional community. Partners will contribute to the project mainly through the identification of existing and potential victims and in actual handling of certain cases. Supervisor will also contribute in elevating the skills of centre´s staff and will provide professional coaching.
