Our main objectives were: consolidating the international dimension of our study programs, showing the benefits of an international experience, creating more opportunities, strengthening the cooperation between RAU and partner universities, getting in touch with new developments in international environment. We succeeded in creating an environment which students and staff can benefit from. The outcomes were: students had the opportunity to experience new teaching methods, creating a common environment where staff could improve their teaching and working techniques, consolidating the relationship between RAU and partner universities. The outputs delivered were: 1 incoming and 1 outgoing staff, 1 incoming and 1 outgoing professor. The beneficiaries had the chance to improve the teaching and working techniques, language skills and discuss about future collaborations . On the RAU visit to Bifrost, new plans have been discussed. RAU expects a visit of Bifrost research staff in 2017. Very good connections have been made between RAU and UiT based on a visit in 2015 and followed by the mobilities in 2016. The relationship has been consolidated.

They were open to develop further activities. The communication was efficient in order to advertise the available funds for the mobilities. They brought added value when it comes to teaching methods. Moreover, further activities are already foreseen. UiT- The Arctic University of Norway contributed to the organization of the incoming mobility in Romania and the outgoing one to Alta campus.
