In the framework of the project, promoter intends to build low energy sports hall that would demonstrate low energy consumption advantages, and would educate the society about climate changes, sustainability of passive buildings. The technical documentation has been already developed. Further steps require building of the sports hall, installing renewable energy technologies, construction and monitoring. Several publicity and demonstration actions will be organised: opening and finishing of construction works; informative seminar; press releases; information in mass media etc. All the above mentioned actions should lead to the high quality, energy efficient and modern premises for sports that would use 14.03 kWh/m2 a year. The essential target - the sports hall would meet the necessary environmental requirements, e.g. reduced CO2 emission, and would ensure the sound and environmentally friendly place for student activities.
