Description

The aim of this project is to improve social dialogue and tripartite dialogue structures and practices, and to increase the understanding of the benefits of decent work. There is insufficient cooperation and lack of mutual trust among partners in the social dialogue in Poland, as well as a marginalization of the role of labor organizations and the groups that they represent. The project includes study visits for representatives of employers, local authorities and workers to exchange best practices with trade unions in Norway. These visits will include meetings with union members, management, employers, authorities and other stakeholders. The project will also conduct training on tripartite dialogue in the Podlaskie region, thematic conferences on decent work, and an information campaign on the benefits of decent work.
