Description

The project is a clearly practical proposal, flexible and adapted to individual levels of basic specification to user intervention involved in it, their weaknesses and strengths, as well as the reality that accompanies and aims to avoid duplication of intervention efforts, focusing on innovation. The theoretical framework for intervention is oriented towards a model of "favoring" the social subject, developing female participants experience, dialogue, participation and consciousness, and making them able to correctly interpret their own personal history and knowledge of the internal resources needed to get out of problematic situations and to facilitate their prospects for social and professional integration. The main objective is to offer a group of entrepreneur women the key elements conforming the “business culture” concept, so they can develop all the needed capacities for entrepreneurship. To achieve this, there will be a first approach to analyze the municipality resources and the job market possibilities. These will be followed by a series of workshops or training modules on entrepreneurship. A virtual business will be created as well as a project website. Also, the participant women will be introduced to working practices in collaborating companies that will help them with their entrepreneurship ideas. Finally, there will also be some networking and evaluation sessions.
