Description

Project „Happy School“ is aimed to develop creative and innovative methods to teach subjects which are usually considered to be „boring“ or „difficult“ as math, science and technology but also history, literature and language subjects which can be uninteresting for boys more than to girls. Target group of the project are teachers from project partner schools, indirectly pupils from both participating schools. In our perspective can pupils study in the nearest future in “Happy School” where learning process is interesting and in moderate way fun. In those schools are combined formal teaching/learning methods with non-formal teaching/learning methods.Main expected outcome of the project will be compendium of tools and examples of good practices of teaching methods in different subjects, instructions to use innovative and creative ways to make class-room work attractive to pupils in upper secondary level, and overview and possible solutions for problems in study process in classroom.

Intensive cooperation between partners increased the knowledge mentioned above and created bigger understanding of teaching profession: culture, living standard, size of school doesn’t matter in work with pupils. Important aspects for students are more or less the same in partner schools: supportive and motivated teachers, active and inclusive classes, humor, relevance of subjects, positive evaluation and good food at canteen. Institutional cooperation increased in following aspects: - Sharing study methods - Cooperation between teachers - Concrete plans for future cooperation via different projects but on informal level as well
