Description

More effective and safe management solutions are necessary in order to save the natural resources, time and transportation costs. The aim of the project is to develop a Signwise `s service (cross-border electronic signing solution) for individuals whose country of residence has issued them a token containing electronic certificate that confirms the identity of the signer and proves the authenticity of the electronic signature. Singwise reduces human, time and financial resources costs to manage and sign paper documents. This project, supported under the small grant scheme, will aim to further elaborate the project idea with the aim of preparing the project application for the main open call under the GII programme. The project focus will be on assessing the possibility of implementation of the main project, its necessity, feasibility, its positive impact on the environment and sustainability. The funding will also be used to search for possible partners to be involved in the project.

Summary of project results

The project was necessary to prepare open call project application and to assess the project idea. The project idea is to develop a Signwise`s service (cross-border electronic signing solution) for individuals whose country of residence has issued them a token containing electronic certificate that confirms the identity of the signer and proves the authenticity of the electronic signature. As result of the small grant project the possibility of implementation of the main project is assessed: market search, completion analysis, marketing analysis, environmental analysis has carried out, functionality standards has described, business plan has framed. Partner search was not successful, due to the short implementation period of the small grant project. Despite of that, project results can be considered as sustainable as the open call project was submitted to the first open call round as a result of the project.
