Description

In the past three years, the Institute of Social Work created a multi-disciplinary scientific research team, whose staff has been focused primarily on the research on the contemporary family – as the central research topic of an international project in which both above mentioned Norwegian universities were involved as well. Thanks to the mobilities the members of the research team will have the opportunity to enhance their skills and knowledge in other research areas (apart from the contemporary family). The mobilities should focus especially on the following research topics (based on the research specialization of the team members´): Intercultural Dialogue. Thanks to the mobilities the research team members will have the opportunity to increase their scientific research competencies, to continue the successful cooperation with Norwegian partners and possibly to define common scientific and research topics as a subject for future joint projects.

Summary of bilateral results

The main objective of the mobilities is to continue and to deepen the cooperation between Lillehammer University College and University of Hradec Kralove – especially Institute of Social Work. In the past three years, the Institute of Social Work created a multi-disciplinary scientific research team, whose staff has been focused primarily on the research on the contemporary family – as the central research topic of an international project in which both above mentioned Norwegian universities were involved as well. The motivation for the target group will be the opportunity to increase scientific research competencies and to acquire experience from an international research stay exchange and also e.g. benefits, plus points for a thesis, which builds on some horizontal theme etc.
