Description

The activities carried out at a foreign institution: 1) Job shadowing a) Participation in practical teaching, b) terms of the contract, c) Financial terms of practical training, d) working hours and supervision 2) Monitoring of social worker 3) Participation in the teaching 4) Teaching The specific outcome will be: 1) The final report for school management involving all activities undertaken 2) Seminars for teachers and seminar for school counselor’s 4) Educational presentations for pupils apprenticeship Fisherman Contribution to the home institution: 1) Revision of the organization of professional practice 2) Increasing the competencies of me as a manager of the school 3) Experience in how to deal with students leaving early (before the regular end of the study) 4) Use the presentation for teaching 5) Contribution for myself as for the subscriber mobility

Summary of project results

The project was implemented in content in accordance with the application.Minor deviation is shortened by one day.It was not possible to bought airticket.It was shortened time to implement, but thanks to the friendliness of the employees of the host institution was realised throughout the program.Activities without pupils were moved to the afternoon and evening hours.Meeting with teachers,we realized during the morning session.Direct teaching was implemented immediately after each other in successive hours.The largest response was education on the topic Reproduction of comon carp and the Czech fisheries.Listening hours were implemented in a class field of aquaculture and fish farming.Meeting with the social worker was carried out in the afternoon.Direct involvement in the training of the students in the practis field was realized in Kvanagen fjord.During a training period there was a teacher responsible for implementing the practice. Expenditure corresponds application.
