A healthy Europe


Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway have made available more than €180 million to improve public health in 10 countries. Most of the funding will be allocated to projects in 2014.

Five calls for proposals are now open in our two cultural heritage programmes in Romania. Bilateral, small and large projects are supported.

Reaching out to vulnerable groups in Romania


Funding is now available for projects that will ensure that more children are enrolled in pre-school education, fewer school drop-outs and a better understanding of the need for education both among Roma and non-Roma families.

Developing NGO partnerships


Civil society organisations in Romania can now apply for funding to develop partnerships with organisations from Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway. The deadline is 20 February 2014.

The Power of Words: Human Rights Online


Today, 10 December, millions of people across the globe celebrate Human Rights Day. To mark the occasion, the No Hate Speech Movement is organising a European Day of Action reminding everyone of the importance of respecting human rights online.
